The Council’s Holistic Strategic Plan
In 2025 the Council began a holistic strategic planning process, led by The Parnin Group, to establish a long-term roadmap for the Council’s work. The resulting Holistic Strategic Plan was approved in September 2026 and is now guiding Council work. The process was grounded in overarching guiding principles which helped to shape the vision and mission statements along with the four strategic goals. Use of the plan is guided by an implementation charter, and its progress is being tracked using key performance indicators.
