This framework will set specifications for several groundfish stocks for fishing years 2025-2027, U.S./Canada TACs for 2025, incorporate revisions to scallop fishery flatfish AM triggers and revise sector reporting requirements.

This framework originally included measures to address Phase 1 of the Atlantic Cod Management Transition Plan, but those were repackaged into Amendment 25 (Revised).
